Max Torque Cans - AWFUL

VERY POOR AND THEN SOME..

Had to polish out unfinished welds. No fitting instructions are supplied + wrong parts sent. Aptitude and attitude very disappointing. Can't say that I'd recommend them to anyone.

I had a 2005 RSV1000R from 2006 - 2009. Beautiful looking & superb fun bike. Brilliant engine and handling. Sounds great with after market exhausts. Went to France on it one summer, not as bad as you would think, but no tourer. (Travelled light, tailpack & rucksack) 90 - 130 miles from a tank ...

Ask the two young men if they would try to steal motorbikes again?........
Thought not.
Job done!
Is there any way of getting these ants imported? :)

Thanks guys. I do like the speak softly approach, but twisted a bit. As in, it looks stock, but sounds like a Messerschmitt! I'd like the bike to sound 'BIG' & make my ears prick up.
Gutting the end can isn't too difficult. You give it to your son in law who takes it to work & returns it looking ...

Louder Exhaust

I was thinking about making my 1200s sound a bit more meaty, but without spending a lot. Would taking off the original end can, gutting it & putting it back on give the bike a louder, sweeter note or make it sound pants? Would it have any detrimental effects? Am I being an idiot?

Don't know about BT, (Don't get it - Won't be getting it) but I've just watched the repeats on ITV & I can't say it grabbed me like watching live or even surfing through the recording on Eurosport. The race itself did have some good moments, though Qatar is somehow sterile?
I'm sure Julian Ryder ...

I thought all threads got hijacked, usually veering off via Silverstone, to Twickenham, then Wembley, maybe Wimbledon & mostly ending with the age old, "Valentino Rossi - Is he or isn't he?...... & for my money, he is :)
A ride out or two sounds good. Won't be able to do Wales weekend though :(

The bike in the picture is not actually my bike. I got it off google images as I couldn't work out how to get a pic of mine on here.
Mine is the same red/silver colour, but has a black seat & a black belly pan. I like the humbug coloured one that I've seen pics of on here & wouldn't mind copying ...

Just like the other N'pton newbie, I'm surprised (& delighted of course) to find myself on a beemer.
After a string of Jap bike, Jap bike, Jap bike, Jap bike, Jap bike, Jap bike, Jap bike, Jap bike, Jap bike, I flipped out & went for an Italian, traded for an American & then swapped ...
