Try Sandbar on both counts.

For the rear hugger try www.sandbarcomposites.co.uk/ mention boxertrix for a discount.
as for rear stand, there are a few to choose from, I have the wunderlich stand from www.bmwbikebits.co.uk or www.nippynormans.com around £65 simple and works well enough.

or this german company,

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/EINARM-MOTORRADHE ... m153.l1262

I bought their front stand, which is good quality and very reasonable at £28

but you should also think about the abba superbike stand
http://www.abbastands.co.uk/
I have one of these too  and
coupled with a small bottle jack from halfords, will lift both front and rear to enable both wheels to be removed at once.
