Problem with my heated grips

Post by markus »

A have a 2004 R1100S boxer prep. It did not come with heated grips so I installed some. The installation was simple enough but the grips are not coming on. In my manual it says that I should have two fuse boxes and I thought that that was the issue but I have the single fuse box with eight fuses not the two boxes with four. The fuse box has all the fuses installed. Any ideas as to what the issue could be?

Thanks,

Mark

Hi Mark,

Take a peek at this thread for clues.

Cheers,

Paul
You really need only two tools: WD-40 and duct tape. If it doesn't move and it should, use WD-40. If it moves and shouldn't, use the tape.
