Post by keith750cc »

Ok trixters,
Lad I work with is looking at some stage in next few months to maybe trade up to a beemer, any No No's when it comes to dealers, I got my BCR from southport and they have been fine, but not well up on the rest.

cheers keith :)

It would appear that Williams in Manchester are not very efficient at replacing the rear wheel so that it stays attached

They've done it at least twice.

Dont think youve much option apart from Southport Superbikes. I used Jeffries in Shipley which may be a bit far? Have also heard good reports on Rainbow in Rotherham

Cheers, will pass on the info.

I Did hear something a while back about that, think it may have been in MCN, but didnt realise it was them. Not the kind of publicity any dealer needs.

Dealers

Blue Bell in Crewe have been great so far. The main mechanic there is a sensible guy who seems to know his stuff.

So when is this 'Old enough to know better' supposed to kick in?

Cheers Taz,
have spoken to my mate and he says he's not bothered about having to travel, so any dealers further away would be fine.

Blue Bell

Junction 16 off the M6, follow the signs for Crewe. Head west off the motorway for about 1 to 1.5 miles and then come to a roundabout. Turn right (signed for Crewe) and after 0.5 miles turn left at next roundabout. Straight on at next (you guessed it) roundabout and then after 0.25 miles Blue Bell is on the right amidst a number of cXr dealerships.
