R11S - replacing ECU - anything to watch out for?

I've got my replacement ECU and the question is; is it as simple as popping the panels, lifting the tank, unplugging the old ECU and popping in the new, all while having the battery disconnected?

Or are there any watch-outs ?

Cheers Victor

make sure you put the new ecu in the right way round , i take it its just the chip , not the full module.
there is a dot on one corner ,,, take heed , and make sure its in nice and all legs are lined up before you press it home...

I actually never did that, thought I wouldn't need to considering the battery had been disconnected and it runs beautifully but will do it immediately :)
