Vacuum tube covers

You know those little black rubber stops that fit over the vacuum pipe of the 'carb'. Yes I know it's not a carb but can't think of the proper name at present. It's an age thing. Well, both of mine have split insitu.

No idea what they are called so have no idea where to get them?

Any ideas?
