End of an era 2

Post by popsky »

Just as Humbug lets his 12s go after 12years we have sold Karen’s F8, a superb motorcycle and been everywhere and a fair few Boxertrix meets. Not as many miles as Humbug but loads of great memories. She’s had a Z900rs since October 2018 so apart from a very few local outings the F8 hasn’t done anything so time to say bye.
Phil.

Was that sale including the "ejector-topbox" Phil?
You really need only two tools: WD-40 and duct tape. If it doesn't move and it should, use WD-40. If it moves and shouldn't, use the tape.

Jeez Paul don’t remind me, it’s a wonder you’re not still traumatised. Well the replacement one yes,

I remember having to give my 11S a very big handful to get past Karen on that F8 many years ago…

I have similar memories but the other way round with Karen charging passed me

And great, she's now got a faster bike

I bought the humbug from Humbug recently. It is my project for the year and hopefully will be my comfortable track bike next year !
