You really need only two tools: WD-40 and duct tape. If it doesn't move and it should, use WD-40. If it moves and shouldn't, use the tape.

I bought a 10U for my GT-Air, but I couldn't get the helmet on once it was fitted, I guess its because I like a very snug fitting Lid,
and the 10U made it just too tight for me, we fitted it to my Bro's lid which is one size up from mine and that fitted me fine then, but he had to gouge out some of the padding to make it a comfortable fit for him. But then both of our Heads silhouettes look like the FA cup
I guess you really need to buy it along with a helmet and have it fitted at the time of purchase, unless you like a loose fit.
it is a good system though which works very well and is a neat install.

Re: Bluetooth intercoms.
I use the Interfone F4MC with a Shoei specific kit in my Neotec helmet and have generally been very pleased with it. It's served well on two Scotland trips with my brother in law and the bike to bike sound quality is crystal clear. During the 12 hour trip to Scotland the battery lasted the entire journey being in constant contact with the other rider. One area they're not perfect at (which I understand is common with other makes) is when handling more than two connections such as rider comms and a sat nav.
Day to day mine is connected to my Tomtom rider 410 and/ or my iPhone.
