Classic Motorcycle Mechanics Magazine.

Post by nab 301 »

I see the 1100S has its own article as a coming classic..
There's a nice photo too of a possible modern elsie ,(XSR 300) I'll take one in blue and white even though it's a 4 stroke, it's bound to be cheaper than a restored classic.

No question that the XSR will be light and fun. However, could you really drop that much HP if it were to be your only bike.

How about this

R1200R TC
R1200GS TC. Triple Black. It has to go sadly...
R1200S. It’s gone. Had it 11yrs. My favourite bike in 44yrs riding.

Nothing wrong with an MZ. I'd like one myself.

My MZ Baghira was a hoot around London when I lived there. XT660 engine, WP suspension, Acerbis plastics. Great bike for commuting.

May have been, lived in Sydenham but worked all over. I never saw another in my time there. Hope I was behaving responsibly :(
