Just watched an episode of this and they reckon in the UK 70 motorbikes are written off every day .... seems an exagerrated figure somehow?

Quote "Each year 2221 vehicles are written off and listed on the ABI Register (Category A, B, C, D insurance write-offs)."
- 70 bikes a day."

Sorry, I read it wrong, it actually says

In an average 24 hours

1369 vehicles are added to the Police register of 693415 stolen vehicles.
- 36 bikes a day.

2221 vehicles are written off and listed on the ABI Register (Category A, B, C, D insurance write-offs).
- 70 bikes a day.

I'm still not sure where 70 comes from, unless it means, of the 2221, 70 are motorcycles.
Which would mean 810665 vehicles are written off each year.
