I might be learning the hard way as ( AGAIN ).But just totally stripped the rear end of the bike.


Only a week ago i had done this to replace swingarm & pivotpin bearings enduring the the siezed prop shaft, and and a understated "tricky" exhuast removal only to find 7 days later that the oil seal on output shaft on the gear box that i had also replaced but to pushed it a little to far in Apparently stops it doing its job correctly `Huh`let a little oil through..


So i`m just waiting for a couple more parts to arrive to finish of a few niggley bits, then all will be Hunky Dory and back together for a test ride this weekend

... that's interesting.. wonder if that's why I had so much bother with a previous S.. do you have any other info.. like how much in etc.?

just 1mm past flush with the casing is enough to cause these problems
