This is what I found -
Fault codes:
Gen OFF, ABS ON = Only residual braking in both circuits.
Gen OFF, ABS flashes at 1Hz = ABS not available. Pull-away test not completed.
Gen OFF, ABS flashes at 4Hz = Only residual braking function available in both circuits.
Gen ON, ABS off = rear light/brake light defective.
Gen ON, ABS flashes at 1 Hz = At least one brake circuit without ABS.
Gen ON, ABS flashes at 4Hz =At least one brake circuit in residual braking function mode.
Gen AND ABS flashing alternately at 1Hz = Fluid level in Intergral ABS too low.Low-voltage
I've given the battery a charge, which hasnt helped at all. Think it needs new fluid - defo a dealer job I think, the ABS unit is really complicated on the RT.
I've not had the bike 6 months, and it's already been back to the dealer 3 times

one time involved cutting a tour of scotland very short and spending 12hours on recovery waggons
would like to take the ABS off, but think it's a bigger job on the RT (the brakes are also fully linked - back lever does both brakes and front does both brakes). Would like to keep it on if possible....
