Droptarotter - If you raise the rear Ohlins fully is it locked at it's maximum or will it unscrew all the way out. I raised mine a bit but didn't want to go 2 far as it was still fitted on the bike.
Also does raising the front as well maintain handling. Especially feel. When I raised front and rear ...

If you ever get to the stage where you want to make the MV your bike then be sure to have a test ride.
A mate bought one new without a test ride and couldn't get rid of it quickly enough.
I had a go on it and hated it almost as much! It certainly has the looks to die for and goes like stink, but has ...

I agree. Waited an age for the 1200S to replace the 1100S and test rode the Boxer Cup and the 1200S one after the other. My mate hated the 1200S and said it had no low down but it was the throttle. Lower down the rev range you just opened it quicker than the 1100S and it really took off. The looks ...

I got one from ebay. They are on there all the time, usually about £25. £56 is a joke. Basically a sticky bit of carbon (?) sheet cut to size. It does the job but the edges don't stay stuck down when the engine heats up. Better than nothing maybe. Very surprised that area doesn't have a plastic ...

Some good points there. I've got the same model and had it 2 years. The idea was to keep the mileage down on my RC30.
The front end is really something else. I'm so use to the front diving when braking this is a revelation. On a sports bike your always cranking your neck up braking for corners but ...

It showed once again what a dedicated and professional rider James is. A credit and worthy of everyones support. He is certainly head and shoulders above our other recent 'efforts'. However getting to the number one spot will require a lot af skill and some luck but hopefully if he gets the right ...

HP2

My mate has ordered one. Been told be available in October but may get one earlier if someone drops out elsewhere.
Apparently there will only be a few Demo's which will circulate the dealers at certain times so you need to book it.
Like it myself but expensive. If it had been red/white/blue like the ...
