Post by BromBagman »

Hello all!

Can anyone point me in the direction of getting a double bubble or taller screen for my R1200s please?

Dealers cant help and I find lots of people on the web you are going to make one, but never seem too

Puig do one that a few people on here have - all seem very happy with them too. If you do a search for 'Double-bubble' you'll see the pics/feedback and links.

I've got the Ilmberger nose-piece with a built in MRA screen - thats great too but a few more ££s

Welcome to the site. So you've had the bike two years - must be one of the first 12ss that came out?

What colour and any oother mods have you done? Any pics?

Picked it up 13th May 2006 from North Oxford Garage,so nearly 2 years.

I think it was the first one they sold.

Only things I have done is put on a smaller plate & a hugger from sandbar composites (Nigel is a very friendly & helpful guy), the screen is the thing that I actually need!

Myself & mates rode down to Mercia in Spain and only complaint I had was the low screen. We hope to go again this summer so a taller screen will make a big difference[iPicked it up 13th May 2006 from North Oxford Garage,so nearly 2 years.

No pics that I can post though.

Double Bubble

I have a Wunderlich double bubble screen on my R1200S. Easy to fit and works fine. Plenty of Wunderlich suppliers in the UK

Cheers!
