torque settings

does anyone have a definative list of torque settings for a 2004 r1100s.I have used the search function and found a list but my aged computer downloads it into gibberish in windows office.If poss could someone email me the settings at

Hi,
i have complete R1100s repair manual...which has all settings listed...
its one large pdf file, but i have it already in smaller pieces...so it fit in a normal email...
