Well if you had been at Burton you would have seen it, but as most of you stayed away here she is.
A big difference with the new update fuelling, now runs very well and very fast.

I was at Burton.........just after you left

Sorry to have missed you and Ian. Trust you had a dry run back?
I shall resist the urge to make any comparison with the wheelie bin, or mention the pot-plant growing out the fairing, although I'm sure others won't.

Oh bugger, I think I did
Bike looks superb (for a four cylinder). Is it new-new or secondhand-new?
Interesting choice of tyres. I know a bloke who sold a pair of those recently for not much money
Cheers

I was waiting for the wheelie bin joke, couldn't move it with all the rubbish in it.
Yes it was a pity we had to leave early.
The bike is a 55 plate, bought it from a friend with 2500 miles on the clock, just put 1000 on this last week. Bike came with panniers, Abba stand, MRA vario screen, hugger, recent service and new rear tyre as well as full vinyl protective kit on all body parts.
I had a K1200R but did not get on with it, but this one is just great.
My friend did the writting on the tyres not me. I really like the Sportec M1's had them on both Boxer Cup's they grip really well but unfortunately don't last long. Will have to replace them before going to the Alps in August, going to put M3's on.

Just got the connection about the tyres Greg, fortunately for me the 1200S is a 190 or I would have been gutted.

I know it looks a bit odd but it really works well, it delects any wind from your head and this bike needs it when you open it up.

You are right about the dirty bit. It rained a couple of times, once like the rain before Matlock Bath but didn't last too long.

It's a four (4) cilinder, they did tell you that, didn't they?
Nice piece of technology though. Does it have the electronic suspension adjustment? Now all you need is a good stretch of German Autobahn and get rid of the Scottish speedlimits!! (or move to the Ile of Man)

Thanks Henk, no it does not have ESA I did not want it as I did not get on with it on the K/R and I am glad it is not there as it handles better than the K/R.
