Hi all
Had one of the most interesting rides today.Went over to see my sister on the black turd this morning,Wet but clear roads on the way there.Just rode the 8 miles back in a BLIZZARD!The roads are like an ice rink, nobody gives a f**k about the twat on the bike and i couldnt see a bloody thing.Never dropped it once, but christ did i come close on few occasions.Linked brakes aint a good idea!Full stop!
be careful out there

This hardened courier type saw the forecast and went the opposite way to the snow after subbing out a job to Swansea. Only took him 12.5 hours to and form Coventry

It's an electronic device which overrides common sense in the event of a dispute

I got caught out in the snow last winter. Fumbled up the M40 following tail lights - not too bad; then left the Mway, put my foot down at the give way and it just slid off towards the ditch. Sweated the 6 miles home in 1st & 2nd gear; all on the throttle - ABS cut in every time you thought about the brakes. The last 1/2 mile is up a track, so no salt but loads of ice. Bril.

So last night I stayed in London, got a curry in and to hell with the "thaw". Came out this morning - tipping it down but at least it was daylight and there was some grip. Not a bad run actually.
