Mad Bomber

I see another letter bomb this morning, this time to the offices of the DVLA, another innocent employee injured. If you're not up to date with this the last bomb went to a company that makes speed cameras and the one before to the outfit that administers the congestion charge for TFL.
the BBC website had the following quote:
Nigel Humphries, from the Association of British Drivers, told BBC Radio Five Live he was "appalled" by what appeared to be linked attacks.
"In fact, it makes us feel a bit guilty that we haven't campaigned hard enough on the legitimate front against the things that we oppose, to do with criminalising and bullying motorists, and because of our failure to campaign hard enough, somebody's had to resort to this."
Someone obviously got unhinged after one speed ticket too many. The sooner they get caught the better but it does highlight how deeply pissed off a lot of motorists about the way they are being treated.
