Tesco Clubcard points

Did you know that your tesco clubcard points are worth 4 times the value when spent at selected companys other than tesco?
and that included in the list are travel co's such as
Eurotunnel, Eurostar, P&O ferries, Stenaline, & Irish ferries.
so £20 worth of tesco points gets you £80 off the Eurotunnel
pity I didn't know that when I booked my Eurotunnel tickets last month, or when I booked my Hull-Rotterdam tickets last week
so now there is no excuse for putting off that france tour is there?

I tend to chuck most the Tesco paperwork in the recycle bin and simply spend their points in store on my next shop. Is there a published list of companies who accept Clubcard points ?

So your nearest store is in Ealing or Harrow?
We shop in Waitrose too much; it's just too near.
Asda is best. We can get twice the amount at Asda comapred to Waitrose.
Similar products are up to 30p more at Waitrose.
BUT.....Waitrose do carry a very good selection.

Luckily, I don't have to suffer supermarket shopping anymore, my missus does it all on line now

£5 for delivery is well worth it, life is too short.

Waitrose... good choice of fruit and veg.
ASDA... the UK's finest fresh cream chocolate sponge cake!
Sainsburys... fabulous frozen Roast Potatoes (King Edwards).
Tesco.... great Salt n Vinegar Crunchy Sticks, the only Aspartame free lemonade in the UK, and Tuk-n-Tie bin bags
No wonder I'm so knack'rd all the time, having to whizz to all these places. Why cant they all share, nice and friendly like!

The best bit of beef, or lamb or pork for that matter will always come from a good local butcher.
Fresh seasonal vegetables from your greengrocer will always be cheaper and any match for supermarket produce.
Reliance on supermarkets is what they want and it crushes the family business on a high street.
We will all end up eating inferior meat with our veggies flown in from Kenya, Chile or Peru.
Next time you are riding out on a weekend morning stop at a Farm Shop and load up your tailpack, you'll never look back.
I am hoping to make the Wales weekend as Betws-y-coed is just down the road from the family I buy lamb and mutton from, so can tie in a visit and you won't find lamb of their quality in Waitrose. As for their Welsh Black beef hmmmmm
