Its had all furry bolts replaced with stainless (apparently a bit of drilling and retapping involved)
Paralever bearing and gaiter replaced (gaiter had grit in it which had worn a hole letting in water - which accounts for the rusty shaft..)+ fluids
Scuffed cylinder head replaced with new spark plug cover
Valve clearances adjusted
Throttle balance
V- Belt replaced
Shock removed and cleaned and replaced
Swing arm pivot bearings checked
All moving bits greased
Biked cleaned
All by the very friendly Steve at SED.
And the best bit was the price £168.73 (inc. VAT) - I supplied most of the parts (from Motorworks £124 inc. VAT + postage) The rocker cover was £82 on its own.
Just needs new tyres and it'll be good for another 36k..
