Yes, F 2.5 bar / R 2.9 bar - this is the same as BT recommendations.

Bloody nora!i,ve been runnin my 010,s at normal pressures 2.2 amd 2.5.When i got back from having them fitted i checked them and thought the bloke had made a boo boo,so set them lower. No wonder the steering feels heavy.Grip like bloody leeches though.Maybe a little more to lighten the steering.

You and me both Gus. Don't worry I've been through two sets of 010's at the BM pressures with nothing untoward. I'm now on my third set using BT's pressures and they seem a little more positive when turning, although this isn't guaranteed as I've been mucking about with the shock lengths as well.

I always ran mine at 32/36 but could never understand why a. the bike steered slowly and b. the bloody tyre wore out so quick - they were, basically, overheating.

I run all mine at 37 front/40 rear.
If I go out for a propper blat with summit sticky on them I will drop to 32f/35r.
