Anybody reside in SE27,

Just wondering if any trixsters live in or near SE27, interested in a bike on eBay but I'm 180 miles away and was was wary of buying unseen so if anybody would be prepared to have look at it for me I would be most grateful, happy to pay fuel and a few beer tokens.
