There will be some good offers on new models, they say they will still make parts for the next 10yrs. Will not affect Indian though.

They have to by law.
Any manufacturer who discontinues a model, (or in this case brand), has to provide spares for a minimum of 10 years.
The only exception is if the manufacturer goes bust, which isn't the case here.

I was under the impression that the 10 year rule was only in European law.
Anyone outside the EU did not need to comply.
However my aging memory may be hazy.

It may well be, I'm not sure but in a press release, Polaris have confirmed they will supply parts to dealers for at least10 years.
It wasn't just directed at Europe.
