im getting a strange clockwork like 'whirr'/'tapping' type noise when im out on my R12S. It seems to be coming from the right side of the bike when the engine is running.

also noticed recently a single 'click' feeling through the bars when hard braking (LSL handle bar conversion fitted)

can anyone shed some light on these?

TAPPETS?

Whirring Noise. Is this when stationary or moving?

If Moving is it your Brake Pads whirring noise is caused by the hols in the discs.

If stationary is your starter motor disengaging after the engine starts?
