R1100S idle speed adjustment?

One of my R1100S is running fast at idle.

I first noticed this when I didn't need to use the fast idle to start it cold.

Then, not surprisingly it sits as high as 2,000 rpm idle in neutral when warm.

Where and is there any easy way to adjust.

I have tried swapping the Bosch TPS from my known good bike but the problem remains

Thanks in advance for any pointers.

Make sure the vacuum gauge take off rubbers are in place, they have a habit of dropping off :)

Make sure the choke cable outer hasn't popped out of its holder at the handlebar end, if it does it can raise the idle speed.

As for idle speed and vacuum setting this explains it all well

Thanks Steve

- vacuum rubbers are good (as I used a harmoniser to balance the carbs recently)

- I will check the fast idle choke - cable at the bars as that is a good shout.

- I will investigate the link too,

Thank again.

result - i believe resetting the brass screws on the throttle body as shown in the video above, before using my carb harmonizer to balance the bodies may have resolved this issue - it was certainly idling back down at 1100rpm last night when warm. Another road test at the weekend or next week will confirm. Many thanks for the pointer to the video, it was really handy.
