1200 S standard silencerectomy!

I expect this has been asked, but here we go.. has anyone opened up the silencer/end can on a 12 S?

It's just that my bike came with a spare one and I'm toying with the idea of opening it up and shall we say 'adjusting' the internalls!

but before I go wasting time and effort, I thought I'd ask..
