Hi, I need a new battery for my 2004 BCR, my local dealer has told me they no longer make the smaller battery for the non ABS bikes and I will need a larger battery and a new tray to go with it. Has anyone sourced a replacement for the BCR battery?
Thanks in advance for any advice......one other issue...I need it shipped to NI!

Go for an Odyssey I have one on my BCR and my KGT and am very happy with them, alternatively I have a MotoBatt on my F650 and it too is great.

I thought the smaller battery was to fit the "ABS-fitted bikes"?
I don't have ABS and fitted the PC680 (from memory).

PC 680 is the larger(taller) battery , pc 535 is the smaller lower capacity version.
My ABS bike originally came with a 51913 varta battery 19ah .

I'm confused now.. ABS bike requires 19ah battery , Taller (, was it the modified fuel tank that didn't allow the use of this taller battery?

I think a search back in time for PC680 will find some back-up, but as I understand it:
ABS - requires the PC535
Modified tank requires the PC535
Standard model without ABS - can fit 535 or 680.

Thanks for the advice, also spoke to the very helpful people at motorworks and apparently I can fit either the PC680 or PC545, going to go for the 680 for increase power and very little price difference.

I think the smaller battery was for non heated grips bikes. I was lead to believe that with heated grips you get a larger battery and alternator. Oh, and heated grips
