Was this a set-up?
Why did the bikes have cameras on them?

Only thing I can think of is a group of mates filming each other, unless it's a scripted thing gone wrong :)

Agreed - not the best spot for Plod to step out with his mighty speed pistol giving first rider very little time to break plus our hero behind who was lucky not to have poleaxed the PC or worse if he'd gone rightside and potentially into opposing traffic. First rider did seem to be traveling a tad quick considering the murk.

Is this on the mountain part of the Island?

Fist guy seemed to be moving relatively slowly, and stopped without drama. Bike 2 was moving at 90mph I think. Looks to me like the 2nd guy was playing catch up, perhaps held up after an overtake and was focusing on catching the bike in front rather than reading the road and looking for hazards.

Everyone's adding 'dash-cams' to their vehicles. Won't be long before it's reached saturation point then that'll be the end of 'Spirited Riding'.

Interesting to note, my Dad and brother passed their bike tests in the last 3 years. They where never thought to be able top in the distance you can see to be clear.... When i learnt to ride, it was hammered into me, and I still swear by it (as most riders do).

Is that what happened, he stood on the back brake and never used the front? He would have probably got away with it if he'd been on a bike with I-ABS. Hmmmm.... Now what bike would that be?
