Independant BMW servicing/mods/repairs in Dorset

Post by Boxermed69 »

Not having deep enough pockets to use CW Motorcycles regularly (or is that pockets too deep to reach the wallet.. [smilie=thinking about.gif] ) I've been using Darren Studley in Dorchester (Studley's Motorcycles). Darren's an ex BMW Motorrad trained mechanic (from CW's actually). He knows the marque inside out, has very reasonable rates and, being an enthusiast, is always happy to chew the fat. He also maintains a couple of old 'bricks' (K75 and K100) for use as courtesy bikes. He works on all marques but specialises in Beemers. He doesn't advertise but always seems to be booked solid - tells a story, methinks.

No, I'm not a mate, related to or being paid or coerced into recommending Studley's.

I've seen him advertise in the BMW club mag.
I suspect that'll be who fits the new clutch to my RT when it eventually gives up.
