Today I changed my headlamp bulb. What a dreadful bit of design that is.

Anyway, I think I have bust something, cos the reflector is now loose and the flip switch to change the aim no longer works.

Is this something I can repair?

Blast. Looks like I have done the same thing. The bulb was as tight as....

Looks like I will be stripping my headlamp down when I get home next week.

Well, it's fixed, but like Roloo in the post Nab linked to I had to cut a hole in the headlamp unit. I tried to hook it upwards but it was not playing ball. Heartbreaking cutting into my pride and joy.

BMW should be ashamed to put their name to such a poor bit of design.
