Hello all, I'm metropolis2k's "mate with the BCR".

Yes it was partly my fault :D

I'm italian, been in the UK for almost 6 years now, and I live in London.
I have the vocabulary of a bricklayer from Hull mixed with a pretty strong italian accent. Quite an experience meeting me in person. :D :D :D

I bought my 2004 Boxercup back in 2009 (I always wanted one) and, curiously, was metropolis2k who found it online for me when I was searching for one!

I'm sadly using the bike an awful lot less than my previous one back in Italy. I used to ride the previous one for something like 30.000km per year... much, much less now.

Still travelled back home with it a couple of times (two of my best solo rides ever) plus the occasional jaunt in France, etc.

Next week I'll bring the bike to her first track day... and my first track day in a few years (last time was in 2007 back in Italy – I really miss it).

Here she is, a few years ago in Val D'Orcia, Tuscany, on my way back to London.
