2004 boxer cup rear shock adjustment

Post by Boxer Guy »

Hello, I am a new member looking for advice on the range of adjustment on a standard boxer cup preload adjuster. There appears to be only four clicks in from fully out. Is this correct or do I have a faulty unit?

They do sometimes stick if not used, I take it you're talking about the remote adjuster :?:
Bit of penetrating fluid (take of the adjuster to get to the threads) should sort it, Then wind it in and out a few times. Mine had four clicks when I got it, now has 14(ish) and I wind it off/on every week or so
