Had a good look at some of their kit and it does look to be well made - but why do I never think about getting one of their helmets as a work helmet? Hmmm

I was looking at the Lidl flip lids the other day - they look OK and have the right certification, but it just doesn't feel right to me.

I'd probably recommend them to those looking for a cheap lid for car track days, though.

It was motorbike week at Lidl recently. About 2 weeks back?

Not on the website anymore - but a flip lid for 40 quid, with slide down internal tinted visor - that just feels a bit too cheap for my liking!

Wonder if Netto will start doing bike gear.

As Peter Kay says, "Netto, only place where carrier bags cost more than Beans"

Netto UK have been bought by Asda / Walmart, sadly.

Always liked Netto - always thought it was the best of the Euro discounters.
