MoJo

Post by Boxadog 2000 »

I think its back

I bought a brand new GS Adventure March last year it has covered a whole 2,300 miles since

Almost as soon as i bought it i lost interest in biking  I don't know why but I just did I have been riding bikes for nearly forty years and always had a bike in the garage and had never felt that way before.

So yesterday I cleaned the bike within a inch of it's life and today gave it a liberal coating of ACF 50 and went fore a ride :wav: yep that it MoJo is definatly back

funny how it goes, the bike has sat in the barn and due to work I rode a total of about 150 miles last year and none of it was fun... I've spent the winter adding some hard luggage (£70 a pop from MW) tank bag, screen and looking at Sicily as a destination...

i really feel the bug to ride again, the snow on the ground this last month has put a damper on things, but I'm looking forward to the ice melting... happy miles fella...

Good stuff fellas. As you say, who knows why the interest wanes at times, for me its the weather. Today in Cornwall its been very nice..... for February at least.... and there has been a lot of bikes out on the roads. A sign of good things to come :D

I went for a ride with the bike club today. Destination Long Itch diner on the A423. I parked the R11S behind the R12GSA in the garage because I want to ride it more. I really enjoyed the ride, felt good being back on my R11S. It is like meeting a long lost friend. Right now it needs a wash.

Wait for the next Ride magazine. Plenty of reasons not to sell.
