He was lucky it was a relatively small kangaroo-the big males are much bigger and I don't think he would have kept it upright!
Just shows you what damage hitting wildlife can cause!
So there is a down side to being a biker in Australia!!

Yep, there is..........I did a tour there in '83......flew my BMW to Sidney with me.......I never rode after it started getting dark.
The amount of dead critters at the side of the road is unbelievable..........seemed to dangerous to ride at night...........thankfully I did a 7 week tour without any real incidents.

Makes my 70mph pheasant strike seem a bit tame, I only just got my screen and fittings back together last weekend after waiting for parts from the motherland.
Having seen the mess on the front of the big rigs in Western AU we certainly didn't travel at night either, and that was in a car
Good work keeping the bike up tho.
