Well the German hoard have all departed from I think a rather successful weekend, all BMW,s 10 boxers in total, 2 f800's and my friends Andy & Tracy on a FJR13, and Sat evening Chris & June (winger) and briefly Mr & Mrs Al on a 1100s in Tavistock.
Good weather played its part for the rideout on Saturday, generally good, some sunshine but some challenging road surfaces from the recent bad weather, although this didn't cause any real problems.
There was a couple of minor incidents later in the day but everything was sorted (many thanks to Ryan what a star), I'll let the others tell the stories

Arrived home 2pm after a couple of leg stretching stops & a coffee(no cream tea).Left the Welsh crew at Shell station at Bridgewater around 10.45,good trip home,no rain, plenty of traffic & some poor soul broke down in the middle of the roadworks.Slow for 10mins ,no filtering ,very narrow lanes, very wide bike. Thanks Phill & Karen & your wonderful friends for a superb weekend,Gwen & I really enjoyed every minute.

Glad your home safe and had a good journey
I hit the traction engine rally[or so i thought] again on the A39 24mph overtook about 20 cars[no mean feat on that road] at the front of the hold up was a fella on a Honda NTV
Good fun on the motorway sat in middle to outside lane at my usual 80/85 cars would sit behind for about 5 minutes before picking up courage to come past
Rain held off till i got to my village been chucking it down since
Electric now working in kitchen breaker switch burnt in box flicked switch 20 or so times to clean it a bit then held it on with kettle turned on for a few seconds now fine will need replacing soon

"Box of Tricks Weekend 2012"
North Wales crew all present and correct

.... despite getting lost around Leomister for a while.
Great weekend, as per usual great meeting everyone. Ride out was around some lovely countryside with some fast and some technically challenging roads.
Popsky Garage Services appear to be very efficient and cheap, when was the last time anyone got a tyre supplied and fitted for £20

...... Hope it got you home Peter?
And I reckon Reg and Gwen were riding faster than normal this morning probably because the ST was full of West Country electrickery
Thankfully Mikes bike didn't require the services of Popsky's workshop after it decided to have a lie down in the middle of the ride out
Dai ... what a star you are

Great meeting you for the first time matey.
Andy and I stopped at a bike cafe in Abergavenny and met Timbox, what are the odds of that happening. He saw my BCR and introduced himself.
Awesome way to end the trixster year ... looking forward to the Welsh Weekend 2013 now
On a side note I'm thinking those 2 F800's may have to be banned from rideouts seeing as they're embarressing the 1100 and 1200's

Hi All,
Arrived back home at 3-30ish having clocked up 815 miles since leaving here on Fri morning. Excellent weekend on roads that I have never seen before and no real rain all weekend, Was a bit windy coming home but I'll live with that.
I'll put my hand up to over estimating the life left in my rear tyre but as has been said already Popsky and Ryan really came up trumps last night. Found me a used rear (for free) and then got the local tyre fitter to open up his workshop and fit it at 7-30pm on a Sat night----You really went over and above the call of duty boys, I owe you both BIG time.
Hope to see everyone in Llangollen come April 2013 and thanks again Phil and Ryan.
Peter.
Box of tricks weekend what I have learnt

As many of you are aware I have come from a pure car background and my first time on a bike was when I passed my test just over a year ago and bought my F8oo st, Apart from that I have no knowledge of bikes except what I have gathered from you guys so here goes:
1. New club name box of tricks (You had to be their)
2. I now know where to get cheap tyres from
3. If the lead biker sticks out his right hand it does not mean I am turning right it means hey look theirs the Prison
4. Talking about chips at the end of the night does not mean you are still hungry
5. If you see a lady on another F800 do not try to keep up you have no chance
6. Dont expect to see the view concentrate on the road in the distance (Its coming up quick)
7. The club has its own speed limit which does not include Km/h or mph
Di it was great to meet you when you come to Wales let us know and I will get you a goody bag as promised
A fab weekend with fab people again its a pleasure to be able to go out with you.
See you all at this end in Wales hopfuly with no snow this time.
