cheers mate, As I say, had to use the shank of a 5/32" drill bit 'cos when I tried to drill the 'DZUS' with a H/S centre drill it proved to be 'hard' and a 5/32" dia' carbide slot drill was the smallest I could find in the workshop so that dictated the size of the 'pin'. If I was to do another 'set' I would turn a couple of pins from aluminium stock thus avoiding having to coat/paint because of rusting problems. The pins don't need to be hard. Afterall they're only there to stop an unmodified coin being inserted. I have to say some of my mates have accussed me of being 'paranoid' and 'over the top' with this but I've learned from the bitter experience gained from living in a big city that if you don't nail stuff down, it will, eventualy, 'walk' Dai wiskers wrote:Top work Nick
