Ok,
I am now de-catted, quite surprised how heavy the cat is
, bike sounds much meatier, will have to wait till tomorrow to see how it feels. It wasnt a 5 minute job, but I decided to give the cans and undertray a spring clean, so took em off, only had to cut about 8mm of the support bar and the Remus fit like a glove, made it easy having cans etc off the bike. 
I am now de-catted, quite surprised how heavy the cat is
