Didn't get ingress on the insert, just the whole visor! The filthy weather, low temps and low speed (filtering through stop start tailbacks) just go the better of it and I started to get condensation up one side.Ade, perhaps yours does'nt fit correctly? I have never had water ingress on the inside of the insert, even when i remove the visor and run it under the tap for cleaning? and It has never, ever misted up, even in torrential welsh rain!!
I also have a XR1000 - great lid, great visor system - not quite as comfy as my Astro J it replaced but for £200 its brilliant.
