Al, I think the clue is in the £49-95 Dinner Bed & Breakfast deal  If your booked into the WP you have dinner on Fri and Sat. Fri night tends to be meet & greet at the WP.

Regards Peter.

Thought I would copy this up, Worthwhile knowing in my opinion. Shouldn't stop us enjoying our weekend being the responsible adults we all are. :D

Peter.
All I'll say is print out article 14 of the HRA I keep a copy in my wallet.

To victimise people for their association with property, is contrary to article 14

"Article 14
Prohibition of discrimination
The enjoyment of the rights and freedoms set forth in this Convention shall be secured without discrimination on any ground such as sex, race, colour, language, religion, political or other opinion, national or social origin, association with a national minority, property, birth or other status"

http://www.legislation.gov.uk/ukpga/1998/42/schedule/1

It's worth noting that "Every year approximately 10 people die and 150 are injured in Snowdonia...." whilst using the mountains. I don't notice the police ever jumping up and down about these injuries and loss of life.
Image

next time you're stopped for no reason other than a safety lecture from north wales police please show this to them. The HRA states that people should be free from discrimination for association to property, ie your association to your motorcycle, then ask for their details and the details of the senior officer who has directed them to stop you.

Hi Steve, I've still not done any route planning as yet due to the recent weather, How is the melt looking? I'm not too worried as we can always just re visit a previous route, say the one we did 3 years ago, which was a nice varied route with tried and tested break points. I will come over this weekend and have a look see whats what. I would like to use the bike but it may be easier in the car for practical purposes, will see what the forecast is like. if I use the car I'll bring your rear wheel with me.

Hi Steve,

it's melting nicely ....woo hooo still a fair bit of salt around but I'm hoping the forecasted rain will wash most of that away along with the last patches of snow :)

Give me a ring before you come over, I'm in most of the time but just in case :)

Steve

Chance of rain: 0%

That's a bold claim for anywhere in the UK, at any time.

Wouldn't it just :) ... .I managed to take the K for a tyre, the BCR for an MOT and a tyre (which really should have been before the MOT) ... before the white sh*te descended and I got trapped at home. The F650 is the only one that's seen use since.

Indeed - yesterday morning, the forecast for this weekend stated 'sunshine and increasingly warm'. Now it's spells of rain/heavy showers.

Was going to organise a meet-up on saturday or sunday (thought of going to Wellsbourne Airfield near Warwick) but not going to bother now as it's most likely to be wet :(
