I'm sure said chap will get his just desserts soon enough, Well I certainly hope so!! What colour is the new steed? Another Black one and if so is there a tale to tell?

Regards Peter.

There is ALWAYS a tale to tell hehe

Inded it's black, albeit with an unusual exhaust and its very low miles (650) and got it from a very nice gent north of the border!

Yes, I rescued Andrew's bike and dont worry, the miles will flow :o)

Doing a very quick temp paint job on wheels and covers before TT, then will have them copated when i get back.

Nice to be back. Bike feels very tight so I'll bed it in over teh next couple of weeks hopefully.

Also bought an american v twin yesterday hehe

Sounds might strange to me - and I was going to drop in on him to see what those CF side-panels look like in the flesh too.

I threatened him with death if he didnt sell it to me, simple really.

You'll have to ask Andrew why he sold it, but I think he prefferred the RT

Nothing wrong with that, I aim to have an RT one day once I'm old enough!!

...no, no, no...it has nothing to do with age...
...I'm a youngster myself ; and love the RT... 8)

...did double the miles on the RT, than on the S last year...
...think that says (more than) enough...

...my next 'project' : a 1200RT...

As some of you know Andrew is in Spain on the RT at the moment, so you'll have to wait for the official version. Any bets on what comes next?

Cheers

Just got back from the first "bedding in" session and had a bit of a fiddle etc. Bike is very tight and initially was very hesitant from 4 to 6k, but thats sorted now hehe.
Fresh super in it and a few revs seems to have picked it up a bit.
Ive change teh appearance a little too

Very nice PB.
I know there is a trend for putting black baglux on black bikes (I nearly got one for the black XJR) but I'm just not cool with the shape of the baglux cover - doesn't look right with it being half way down the fairing like that.

V. nice bike anyway.
