Been with them 5 yrs!
My credit card changed since policy renewal so I bet they tried to take payment, failed and just sent itout without even checking.
wonder how much it cost them for real to send a letter, do admin etc when a phone call or email would have done the trick.
Never mind, at least it wasnt a Summons!!
