Preferred my 12S and RC8 but its ok for an old lad like me. Still a bit of fun but a compromise between the comfort of the 12S and the sheer lunacy of the RC8

Getting there slowly. They have found a knee issue (ACL) but most of the rest of the injuries are fine thanks.

Fookin HEll!! That was a wallop! Jeez !

I also had a junction misfortune, got away with bruised calf`s as i was ejected from bike over a Vauxhall driven by a lady with enormous breasts... say no more, sadly i did not get a cushioned landing or a chopper ride.

I got really pissed with the (legal) insurance trap that followed where your broker does not put you in touch with the underwriter but with a partner outfit that seeks to rip off the system.... I considered myself lucky i was not needing a wheelchair for the rest of my life and resisted the offers of this that and the other from this scurrilous outfit who were in essence trying to maximise a pay day from the underwriter and on top of did not offer independent legal assistance that I had paid for in premiums. 4D in my opinion, are a rapacious, scurrilous outfit who have no moral compass whatsoever.

I sincerely hope you mend as well as can be and I take encouragement that you are not to be deterred by misfortune. I sincerely hope the agents you have working for you re any claim are Moralistic. Good Luck.

Chris.

Thanks Chris
It seems that the solicitors appointed for me by my legal insurance are doing a good job. Already had an immediate needs assessment, additional physio and a specialist assessment and treatment for the vertigo. Bike has been paid out and 4D paid off by the solicitors.
Recovery is going ok but seems really slow. We don't bounce well at our age.
Nowt is going to stop me riding, i've been doing it for 50 years.
