Has an advantage in that it should be impossible to fill up with the wrong kind of electricity..............

Not my style Dave as you probably know but it is a superb motorcycle and you’ll be in good company with the other 1250’s next time you attend a meet.

If you ever do, are you sure your not a figment of your own imagination :blackeye:

You may be right there Phil - been a bad 2 years for me. Used the bike during lockdown for work and same this year. The meets this year have just fell on the wrong dates for my shift pattern and the company has been desperately short of drivers so getting holidays at all has been difficult. My main holiday has usually been in Europe but that has been on hold obviously. I did toy with the idea of selling all the bikes but have decided to cut back to just one. Hopefully next year will be better than the last 2

Get the black one - it looks okay? TBH - the looks wouldn't worry me if it was the bike for me.

Seems like the early worries over the shift-cam mechanism have been unfounded.

Dave you really need to sort your shit out, if a Boxertrix weekend falls on a work rota for you next year tell the boss to feck off as your having the weekend off, and he’ll have to get someone else to drive the loo roll around if he sacks you

Back to topic, Eicma this coming week, Moto Guzzis new LC sports tourer will be revealed, it looks absolutely divine but what will the BHP be?

i`m guessing much the same as my 12r 125bhp.

Its been kept a secret so far. The Guzzi 1200 8 valve engine did not exactly work well and for Guzzi fans the v7 range seemed lacking with sub 60bhp power. With Piaggio's backing and Aprillias r+d this bike has to deliver.

My wallet is twitching.
