Thanks for all the responses. As advised got in tough with the dreaded planners and they see it as a like for like so no issues which is always good news.

Thanks to all again garage up and just the job... as I previously posted like for like so no change so no issue with local council..... Now has anyone every put insulation up inside one of these.? If so what and how...thanks again in advance

Nice one John.
I think Kingspan panels is the stuff to use for insulation - not cheap but I am reliably informed it works very well.
Talking of building, we've just started having our music room/extension built today...

Hi John, Just as a diffrent point here if you look at Crompton Garages they do a concrete sectional garage with a red brick finish. Mine was a new build so I had to go to planning which was passed if in brick 18ft 2in x 9ft, But a lot cheaper in this form £2277 inc VAT I had to do the floor 1st they sent a inspector out two weeks later the fitters got here @ 7.30am all up and done by 2.30pm. Top service, never had a problem with it 10 year guarantee. 1 very happy bunny with it
