Enduro Africa ride - please sponsor me....

Post by Harry »

As some of you know already, I've signed up for Enduro Africa 2007 - an enduro ride for 2 weeks in S.Africa in aid of Riders for Health.
I'm hoping all you fellow trixters will sponsor me a couple of quid cos it really is for a good cause.

If you haven't heard of Riders for Health - then you should! started by the Colemans and Randy Mamola it's the bikers charity behind the Day of Champions before the GP each year. They provide transport to healthcare workers across southern Africa.
It's a good cause so please support me. I'm covering my own costs (flight etc) so any sponsorship will go towards the charity.

My short web page is here: www.zakobyte.demon.co.uk/harry
and there are links enabling sponsorship by Paypal, credit card or good old fashioned cheques.
If you only support one charity this year please make it this one.

Many thanks in advance
Harry.

ps - before any sadist asks, yes it will be painful. There were 14 broken bones on this years tour and I've never even ridden of road. Clearly mad - I need all the help I can get. And if anyone has some old enduro kit in the cupboard please get in touch.

go on - have a look: www.zakobyte.demon.co.uk/harry

Harry.. a 'Good' cause mate, .... but lets hope not a 'Daft' idea, .. well,.. at least it makes you seem almost sane partnering John in the R1 Outfit.
The offical receiver deems me to be somewhat irresponsible with plastic and cheque books at the moment, with just casue I might add,.. so a small Bankers Draft will be making it's way to Grafton Street.
Good Luck

Geoff
