1200S. Replacing the ignition lock ,how?

How can I replace the ignition lock on my R1200S?
It looks like I'll need a special tool.

Yes. Not to mention that there doesn't appear to be any such video on YouTube, so perhaps bikerboy could be a little more helpful and post the link. After all the whole point of a forum like this is to help other forum members. No?
