Hello all. Just a bit about myself to start off. I'm a Canadian now living in the UK. I don't own a BMW but have had the good fortune to have ridden both the R1100S and R1200S. I like them both and see a R1200S at some point in the future. I do presently own two older Ducatis and a ZX7R . I come from the sportsbike section mainly but have done extensive adventure bike touring in North America. If anyone is planning a trip to the Artic, cross continental USA or Death Valley I would be happy to share any information. Looking forward to learning about riding in the UK and the BMW's via all your posts on this forum.
