Was that a Hilltop or a Rexxer remap? either way I would have a chat with them about your little misfire, it could well be related!

Hilltop, but the bikes was doing it for 50,000 miles or so before I had the map sorted. and the fact It's not misfiring with the clutch switch dissconnected leads me to thing the fuel trims are OK.

TBH I don't think I'll get to the bottom of it. I'll end up fitting an inline switch on the clutch switch cable, mostly leaving it open so the clutch switch isn't working. It runs fine without it.

The only down side is if I have to start it in gear for any reason and the cruise won't disengage if I touch the lever.
Cruise I rarely use, and I don't think I've ever tried to change gear while it's engaged

I can live with that and only really need the start in gear if the gear counter on the back of the gearbox packs up, but the inline switch will cover that.

Or I could replace the bike with a new RT12LC
