Torque Arm to Final Drive Bolt - This doesn't look right

Looks like someone tried to undo it using a long lever but was actually doing it up - some folks really cannot fathom out which way to undo things.
There would appear to be a surfeit of prolixity and sesquipedalian content today please do not use a big word when a singularly un-loquacious and diminutive linguistic expression will satisfactorily accomplish the contemporary necessity
I've ordered a new bolt, nut & bushings for this, so at least I will be sure the right bit is going back on. The bolt I've fitted for now is like for like on the one that's in the pic (minus the bend & stretched bit).
Guy at Motorworks was amazed the bushings didn't give way before the bolt went the way it did.
